Presented by ARTS WORKSHOP under the artistic direction of Silvia Macchi, SOLAR is supported by the Ministry of Culture, the Municipality of Corinth, and the Ephorate of Antiquities of Corinth, and held under the auspices of the Italian Cultural Institute of Athens.
A Celebration of Light, Art, and Connection
Inspired by the Sun as a symbol of life, creation, and awakening, SOLAR blends live music, dance, spoken word, visual installations, and sensory experiences into a moving journey through space and time. The performance takes place across several iconic landmarks of Ancient Corinth, including:
- The Temple of Octavia
- The Temple of Apollo
- The Archaeological Museum
- The surrounding natural landscape
Audiences are invited to reconnect with nature, the body, and the collective memory through a multisensory experience that honors both history and inner awareness.
